There where rats in the hallway. I almost stepped in a rat trap placed on the stairs. The maintenance removed it only because the desk manager told her to.

The owner is a hypocrite and very nasty
I really hate to have to leave negative reviews. But in this case, I need to. A housekeeper there tried to accuse me of sexual misconduct which spoiled the rest of my stay. The owner Ms. Moon never apologized, but expected me to apologize for cursing her out. She ended up kicking me out for letting a homeless guy use my shower. she really has no compassion or love for her job.

The room was clean but the hallway reaked of cigarette smell. There was no elevator and all the rooms on the 1st floor were smoking rooms. So I had to have an employee lug my very heavy suitcase up the stairs and I lugged it downstairs on checkout. Breakfast area was dark with very little options. Will not stay here again.

The manager was courteous and friendly. The manager carried my bag upstairs since there was not an elevator. Quiet. Felt safe by myself. The scenery in the area was beautiful. First visit to this area.
