Your hotel is nice and offers good service and great rooms. The same applies to the restaurant service and the food quality. A noticeably big issue for me is that you allow dogs in the restaurant. Since I am highly allergic to animal hair, this is very problematic for me.

The hotel is clean, the team is kind and polite but at this price I was at least expecting a small bottle of water in the room instead I got a postcard on my bed. Breakfast was great but they have only one coffee machine, it was a long queue this morning. The room service opened the door in the morning and then screamed room service, no privacy, it was only 10am.

We only stayed here for 1 night, so we were close to the airport in the morning. But by far this was the best hotel we stayed in while in Munich! The room had plenty of space, the bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing. Friendly and kind staff!
