Good location for Vienna main station with airport n other cities connection. The hotel name is a bit confusing as it’s now under the Garner Chain but yet it’s more like a family run hotel. Got one bottled water in room on arrival day only, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The reception is in need of updated renovation. But the staff was ok and friendly and quite clean as well. Air conditioning works well and balcony door can be opened. Room is small and shower/bath tub is stuck in a corner making space very tight! Hairdryer speed is very low!

Check-in time is 3 PM or later, but check-out procedures began in the morning with repeated door knocks, despite the stated 12 PM check-out time. The initial supply of tea and coffee was not replenished, and the used items were not removed or the area cleaned. Additionally, the bed was not remade well. The reception team appeared indifferent to the poor service and seemed inadequately trained.

No big praises, no big complaints. It’s an economy hotel, so you don’t get the bells and whistles, but it’s solid for the price. The breakfast isn’t anything to brag about. It is close to the train station and the underground. I’d stay there again.

Warning bait and switch! They don't have doble beds, but they will sell you doble beds and give you a twin bed (2 single beds next to each other) I ask the staff and they said all their rooms have twin beds only. The staff is nice but I don't forgive the bait and switch technique.

First of all you simply don't get to know what hotel is it... inside and outside it is named IHG, Gartner, Select, Novum... no chance to find out which hotel group ist running this hotel. The remote control of the TV set was out of order. The chip for the room door was not working so they had to give me a real key.

No Service Hotel!

It’s the worst hotel customer service that I have never had! The receptionist were rude, lazy and arrogant! They had no intention to let you check in earlier. we arrived at 1pm, the first receptionist was nice, she said that the check in time would be at 2pm, so we waited. At 2pm, tried to check in, the other receptionist quickly responded that it’s 3pm. She had no intention to check if our room is available, so everyone was waiting there till 3pm. When we wanted to leave the luggage before checking in, the lady pointed that we could leave a narrow space at the corner. However, not long after, there’re a “White Couple” asked to leave the luggage there, the lady opened a room for them to put their luggage inside. That’s not the worse part, we were told that the air conditioning won’t be able to work till the outside temperature is 30 degrees, this is insane! The overall impression for the hotel staff was arrogant, discriminating and disrespectful! Honestly, I didn’t feel any “Hotel Service “ in this hotel at all! Good luck if you want to stay in this hotel!
