It’s the worst hotel customer service that I have never had! The receptionist were rude, lazy and arrogant! They had no intention to let you check in earlier. we arrived at 1pm, the first receptionist was nice, she said that the check in time would be at 2pm, so we waited. At 2pm, tried to check in, the other receptionist quickly responded that it’s 3pm. She had no intention to check if our room is available, so everyone was waiting there till 3pm.
When we wanted to leave the luggage before checking in, the lady pointed that we could leave a narrow space at the corner. However, not long after, there’re a “White Couple” asked to leave the luggage there, the lady opened a room for them to put their luggage inside.
That’s not the worse part, we were told that the air conditioning won’t be able to work till the outside temperature is 30 degrees, this is insane!
The overall impression for the hotel staff was arrogant, discriminating and disrespectful! Honestly, I didn’t feel any “Hotel Service “ in this hotel at all!
