Big deception!!!

The hotel is in bad conditions, the photos that you show did not reflect the real conditions. Outside in common areas there was dirty, with beer bottle caps, trash, paper. Inside the room, the mattress were very old, made a lot of noise when you make a movement and the bathroom had a lot of fungus

Very rude check in. They don't clean the room. Since I stayed 2 nights and they got me up that they don't do it daily. The ares outside are very dirty. The price is cheap but I think they can clean everything well

the hotel is probably due for an update. The showers are old and the bath tubs are beat up. The room is fine in terms of size. The dest to work on is great. The water was nice and hot this morning. The bathroom towels were very old. They probably need changing too. Other than being a little beat up, the hotel was a good value.

Do not stay here.

No management on duty to provide refund. I booked a suite but since it wasn’t in suitable condition, we were changed to a simple room. I asked for the difference but Expedia could only get me $5/ night instead of $30. Room is sub-par even for this level of lodging. Staff was out smoking cannabis in the parking lot while on duty. Toaster sets off the smoke alarm. Loud area and loud hotel.

Worst hotel stay and bad customer service

Room was dirty and ac not working. Also outlets not working let front desk know and said they will send maintenence who never got there. Didn't want to give us another room nor accomadate they claimed they were too booked since we were in a famiky room. No manager on site a d one of the front desk clerks even told me the manager can not be called at home because she gets mad and writes up who ever does. Our room had hairs everywhere a d wrapers of candy behind the night stands. Its not like i was looking, i dropped my charger and when i reached thats when i saw.
