Family Vacation
Embassy Suites has always been an excellent choice for us. The breakfast buffet is always good. Service was friendly .Didn't take advantage of happy hour this time, but did do in the past. Enjoyed our vacation!

Holidays in Waikiki
The Embassy Suites was located close to the beach, to shops, and so many restaurants. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially housekeeping and the bell desk attendants. It was so nice to also have breakfast included in our stay. It was our first time spending the holidays in Waikiki. The hotel and Waikiki were decorated, which was nice to see. There was also nightly entertainment provided at the hotel and around the area.

Overall, I enjoyed the property. My first impression was that the rooms were about ready for a remodel. The breakfast was convenient, and the made to order omelettes, and breakfast staff are excellent. The evening reception was below expectations and I only participated the first night. Location is excellent. The pool was not very clean, but the hot tub was enjoyable, and the beach is an easy walk from the property; I liked the beach section by the Royal Hawaiian better than the outrigger. There are a couple convenient car rental options either in or nearby the property, and Lift and Uber pickup and drop off right at the hotel lobby. There are many convenient restaurant options and a large ABC store conveniently located nearby.

Wonderful hotel in Waikiki with plenty of walkable options around hotel to sightsee, shop, or dine. 2 bedroom suite was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We could see the Friday gireworks grom our balcony. The pool area was nice. Elevators were remarkably fast for a high rise.Cons were are very tiny refrigerator in the bar area of room. We would have really liked more room for drinks and snacks. Would recommend

Best time of my life! Every so nice and helpful 2 min walk to the beach. So much to do around the area don’t need a car. Absolutely beautiful and very satisfied. Will definitely stay again.

Pretty good in general. It was too noisy in the room . Only two negative point like for me. Between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm it was impossible to stay in the room as it was very noisy. Second point it’s a really high price for parking . For us it wasn't a big problem because we usually left at that time, but for the people who stayed in the rooms it was terrible. However breakfast was great and cocktails also. Room service and support staff is very friendly and so helpful
