Surprise Cockaroach
So the woman at the desk was nice, but the room was really bad. The door to the room was already open before we got to the room. The door looked like it had been kicked in and didn’t fully close. The toilet didn’t seem to flush all the way, the TV did not work, and the shower was a bit dirty…but the thing that made me leave was opening the dresser drawer to find a live cockroach. When returning to the desk to ask for a refund the woman was nice about it. So at least the customer service is pretty nice.

Would not stay there again.
The room was filthy, food stains on the walls and carpet, carpet was never vacuumed, makeup on my bed sheets and the water would not drain in the shower due to hair build up. Fairly certain I was bit by bugs from the bed as well. Tv remote did not work, refrigerator was nasty and the room smelt like old cheese. Room service did not come once to take old towels or make the bed.

Reserved 3 months ago and when we arrived we were put in the old building on the 3rd floor. We asked for a lower floor room and were asked if we want to cancel ?!!! We never mentioned anything of that nature and this was off putting by the staff. Great location and we’ve stayed here many times with never an issue

The door should work, right?
Even for a cheap one-night stay, this was awful. The elevator was broken so I had to walk up three flights. My door barely opened the first time, and the second time, late at night, not at all. The handle was broken and I could not open my door. I had to walk all the way to the front desk where the person opened my door and offered no apology or explanation. The lamps and all the metal fixtures were rusted out inside. And there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom so I couldn't even take a shower.
