"Clean, comfortable hotel, quiet when we stayed there during low season, good location. Did not like the 4 pm check-in. Arrived at 1:30 pm. With no-one around, we used the code they sent to get into the reception. We were not able to get into the room, even though it was available. At 3 pm the receptionist arrived. Even though no-one else was around and we were obviously waiting, she did not offer to check us in until we asked if we can check in “early”, apparently as a favour. The rather late...

"The automated check in is fine and the building / rooms are new and well appointed but it doesn’t count for much when there’s a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I spent all evening with the windows open just to sleep and as there is nobody on site, there’s no way of moving rooms or getting it seen to."

"Whilst i assumed this hotel to be nice, it has exceeded expectations. Very comfortable, stylish and really well designed everywhere. There really is nothing bad to say and everything here is well done and considered. Great staff too and an amazing selection for breakfast. In order to find something to criticise Id suggest really cups in the bedroom rather than paper ones for tea/coffee - it feels out of character with the effort throughout. BUt still 10/10"

"Nice hotel good location "

"We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and 2 children a family of 4 in one room and an adult in the other, when we arrived there was simply a double bed in each room and we were told it’s expedias fault as they sent the information incorrectly from hotels.com and the hotel said there’s nothing they can do if we wanted more beds there are additional charges."

"We did not stay long at this property but I am glad of that. It is very old and dated. Beds are two twins to make a king, if you like that. It is a beautiful location, across from train stop and easy to access. Breakfast looked decent although we did not have time to eat at the free meal aside from grabbing a croissant and coffee to go. "

"I have heard that some rooms are noisy since it’s next to train station. Our room was quiet and no noise even with the windows open. There is no air con in rooms but they give you a fan. There’s not much other amenities but we didn’t mind. Staff was very helpful and gave us a map around the place with marked spots to visit. Good experience! "

"Very nice common area with coffee and tea that really looked and felt like a bar or café. The bike themed interior was quaint and on topic and there was even a little garage for bike fiddling. The room was very nice and clean albeit a bit plain. The automated check in and out process was very smooth. Bregenz is very nice but a bit touristy. Hard is a vibe. "
