It was a splendid stay for all of us. Stayed with my husband and two young children. We hade requested for a floor room and we got the best as the water slide for the pool is right infront of our balcony. Not only did the children enjoyed it, we all did! The service was excellent, efficient and fast check in and out. My queries was answered almost immediately which I was really impress. We all had a blast. We will come back for sure bringing along our extended families along too! :)

My seafront villa room was a bit too small, but it was clean and beautiful view facing the sea. Resort was clean and friendly staffs. Seafood at the restaurant was all fresh and I enjoyed sitting at Ombak bar chatting with friends and grabbed the drink. Very strong wifi. Pool was small but clean. I wish they give discount on their spa service and have a fish-fishing, instead of squid-fishing. Overall I enjoy my stay and would love to go back someday.

We were warmly greeted by the staff with dance and Dino Mascot.Ms Uni assist me to check in.It was smooth and fast.i was staying in the new wing room 2308.nice pool view.Room was clean can be improve with some touch up of the walls.Do try their Pizza it was delicious.I tried the Nasi Komplit with rice in banana leaf and nasi goreng.Satay was good. Do try their inroom dining sirloin steak.Good portion n sauce too.Paintball and airgun shoot was great my son love it.Bowling have no kids shoe size...

The property is very new, clean, and the location is superb. Few steps away from Batam Grand Mall, and 10 minutes ride from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal.

My 2nd stay within a few days of the first visit. Due to some matters we visited Batam again just a few days after our first visit. Stayed at Yello Hotel again. This time we got the 8th floor which is nice. Cleanliness and size of the room is amazing. We stayed chosecUrban Xtra (for 3 pax). Excellent staff. Receptive and very polite. Thank you Yello Hotel for the amazing service and stay.

Had a great experience but cautious due to lack of reviews. Everything is new and clean, great experience with well appointed-rooms, spacious toilets and great pool near the golf course. Soft opening meant some teeth problems, you may wait a short while to get service but once received, the staff are fantastic (i remember names Faris, Bagus, Rokky and manager Carmen) who made the stay great. Ocean view priceless. Interior of the house is nice. Location is good, privacy. Communication of checking in not stated in expedia. Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. Will definitely return.

Getting around Batam is so easy. Upon reaching batam ferry terminal, just walk out to the taxi stand and this man issued a ticket for 70k rupiah taxi towards grands i hotel (near to nagoya hill mall) and he used his walkie talkie to call for a cab and there was a cab in literally 2 seconds. it is faster than taking out your phone and searching for a grab lol. the hotel lobby is so grand, checking in took less than 3 mins. we got the keys, breakfast was from 6am-10am and the snack bar is...
