"Staff was great, rooms were nice but decor a little outdated. Property was clean in main areas, but a lot of trash and old debris next to rooms. We had a lot of ants and bugs in our room. The views were beautiful and a shuttle came every 10 minutes to take you to the beach or check in area."

"Place was beautiful, stayed in a private house. The AC in the room was perfect. Bartender in the main bar was incredible. Didn’t like the pool bars closing at 5pm and wished they had activities that had people in the hotel get together. But everything was perfect."

"I stayed at the hotel from July 7th to July Here is my feedback. The entire staff from the front desk, to those who kept the surroundings clean and those who work in the restaurant are simply wonderful. Polite, respectful, helpful. I love the open concept of this hotel and the lovely and constant breeze made being outside very comfortable in spite of temperatures that soared to the low 90s. Great pool. Love the fountain. The walls of the pool need a good scrubbing as some parts feel slimy: like moss or algae. Grounds fabulous: Guests should know that peacocks, other birds and iguanas are on the property. Love the peacocks and birds. I am afraid of lizards so it was not a pleasant surprise to see iguanas at the pool. The food from the on-site restaurant was delicious, fairly priced and the amount, more than sufficient. Off candles in the corners of the open cocept dining area to minimize flies would be helpful so guests can enjoy the dining experience unbothered. I truly had a great time and hope to visit again."

"Daniel my personal assistant made this birthday trip for my daughter and I so much special . He arranged dinner at all the restaurants and surprises us with a birthday celebration at the steakhouse. Once we came back to the room it was decorated with balloons, chocolate covered strawberries and he left a birthday note for my daughter. We stay in the Star Class Junior Ocean View Suite. The room was clean and smelling pleasant every day."
