"My family and I spent a week at the Illume Taipei Hotel in March 2026, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the housekeeping team is exceptional—the rooms were kept spotless with fresh towels provided daily. We were also very impressed by the front desk staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful.
Beyond the hotel, we found the people in Taiwan to be incredibly kind and genuine. We had a great time exploring the local food scene, especially the night markets! We’ll definitely be back soon.

"My daughter's family tried the breakfast buffet and said it was amazing. So many delicious options. The room was very lovely and clean. The staff was amazing and helpful, especially the concierge John Lee. The location was great, and adjoined a very nice mall.
The lighting on the first floor entry and 6th floor check in is practically dark. Not my fav. The rooms could be a bit brighter, but not a big deal."

"Building is well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. I booked this specifically for the pool but we didn't get a chance to use it. Be advised that swim caps are required - I wish it was listed so I could prepare them for trip."
