Overall amazing stay no complaints staff was so attentive to all of our needs. Housekeeping and room service along w reception outdid themselves def coming back here. The terrace has amazing views. Central location.

Bad and very slow service, unproffessional, to extend my check out from 12pm till 7pm they charged me $40 dollars. Poor room service, orderrd food arrived cold and without utensils. upon arrival to monterrey airport, i called to request a driver, they had me on hold for 23 minuyes total. I called again and they replied saying, oh it will take the drived 45 minutes to get there, instead of saying from the beginning that or that they dont ha e an available driver to pick me up. I think this in enough knowing that there are more complaints. I won't stay there again or even recommend.
