Hotel is listed as 5 stat but should be a 3 star or 4 at best. 2 of the staffs are amazing but every night we heard dogs barking like they were being tortured, found lizard in our room and also mosquito party in the room.

What a gem! I have stayed at a few other places around Chiang Mai, but this would now be my first choice. Love the location and Thai design. It has all the amenities. I would not buy their breakfast, but otherwise this was a fabulous stay.

Everything is great but the pillows are a huge let down. 2 types of pillows provided. One is too hard and tall and the other is too soft and low. Was swopping pillow throughout the night and end up with a sore neck next day. Curbside parking only.
