Nice hotel. Friendly people who live there. Only one or 2 clerks spoke English. So on our own most of the time. Good gym included. Never went to restaurant. Couldnt get a menu because clerk didnt speak English so gave up. Pool was nice, clean, lots of shade. Infinity pool on roof had no shade at all. Didnt go. District 7 lots of restaurants close by.

Lobby is gorgeous & rooms are simple in contrast!
This is a brand new Apartment/Hotel Complex, offering a variety of accommodations from basic and simple hotel rooms to a two bedroom apt. - short term or long term stay. The entrance and lobby are impressive and majestic, leading you to believe that the entire place is high end elegance and style. Totally Gorgeous, if the rooms and apts. were in the lobby,! The units themselves are not of the same quality. They are basic, simple and functional, especially for a longer term stay. Our reservation was for 9 nights. We stayed in a one bedroom, 2 floor loft apt. that had a small bedroom and bathroom upstairs and kitchenette/living room down stairs. We were the first guests to ever stay in it and in fact, when we arrived, we had to wait a couple of hours for house keeping to clean the construction dirt away. Just the same, we were happy to have a home like setting to cook meals and hang out in from the heat and dirty streets. A shopping plaza and large grocery store were only 5 mins. away. The kitchenette had very basic items and not much utensils or even a sponge and soap to clean the dishes. They told us to leave them for the maid, but if you cook both dinner and breakfast, we had to clean them ourselves so to use for another meal. There was housekeeping daily, with fresh towels and bathroom amenities + some fresh water provided. The swimming pool was lovely and large on the ground level (roof top one closed) and the gym was nice too. Great value for the money!
