So disappointed. Quality is going down and prices are going up. Waiting for our dinner 50 min. People who came after us was served first. No reaction of nobody they didn’t care. Finally when the food came was cold and salty. This is my second time booking here and definitely will be the last one.

Great view of the ocean. Friendly staff. What we didn’t like there was no taxi services to get out of the resort and find a good restaurant that offered better food. Meals at Acantilados were overpriced and the food was either cold, blend and expensive. Another thing to be aware off the receipts you get are so small and the writing so hard to read that most of the time we didn’t realized gratuity was already included.

We celebrate our wedding at Acantilados. Rented the suite to spend the night of our wedding. After the wedding was over, we headed to the room and requested water from the bar and lobby and it was denied at first and they brought us coca cola instead. After calling the Lobby to ask again, they said that they could only give us the courtesy water bottles for the next day, but they wouldn’t be giving us free water the next morning. Next morning, there was a very bad smell coming out of the bathroom pipes that woke us up. We were very disappointed because we didn’t pay $5 to stay there on top of having our event there.
