Good location
Staff was polite, friendly and professional. Check-in was quick. Location was nice with multiple restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Dragon bridge, Han market, and night market also within walking distance. The shower is terrible. The shower water hits the corner and water is constantly spilling over. It makes the bathroom floor wet and potentially a safety hazard. Another issue is the bed size. I booked for a family of 4. One of the beds could barely hold two people. My son actually fell in middle of night. Also the light at the door is on a motion sensor, so it keeps flickering on and off. It’s really annoying. It’s an overall good stay, but some annoyances.

Good hotel, great location, pool could be cleaner but had a very nice view of the river and the dragon bridge. Room was good, nice shower. Very small gym, air con didn't work unfortunately (but I also didn't ask, they might have been able to fix it). The staff was amazing. Phung in particular went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and helped us plan our stay and ongoing trip.

Val Soleil Hotel Da Nang
Amazing location only a block away from thr Han river and in between the Dragon and Han bridges. Staff were amazing and friendly and always willing to assist or help out. Hotel is very nice and clean and infinity pool is must see.

Very convenient and very helpful place to stay
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. As soon as I checked in they asked straight away if I was going to Hoi An or Ba NA Hills and even offered to book a tour with both. I was quite tired so later on I booked a day at Ba Na Hills and the hotel arranged all the tickets and transport. The stay itself was lovely, the room was convenient and the pool on the rooftop gave an amazing view of the Dragon Bridge, just like in the image. The only issue I had where the light switches as trying to switch all of them off before bed is like a small puzzle.

At the price point we paid (AUD180/night), you would expect a little more in terms of how the room is presented. Its not poor by any means but just rather dated and basic for the dollars paid. Location is great through, as were the pool facilities. Breakfast is exceptionally poor and something to forget - the taste, the spread and the choices offered. Its based on a set, with 3 options offered; not a buffer by any means.
