Mudra Tulum

Great service and staff. We received an upgrade to a larger apartment, though the apartment needed some extra care. The fixtures in the bathroom were not clean and the couch/pillows had stains. It rained heavily and there was some leakage in the apartment. The staff were very responsive and helpful, offering to arrange transportation, coordinate tours and such.

Property is beautiful, and our apartment was beautiful as well. However, we had a sewage back up the first night which caused the water to smell AWFUL, and our bedrooms. The second day they had a COVID scare, and had a lockdown. Then that night we lost electricity, so there was no lights, and no a.c. We had hired a chef for that night and he had to cook with his phone light, and we had to eat in the dark. Additionally, it states the beach is 3mi away when it's a 25 minute drive from the hotel. My friends and I had to leave due to the conditions, and they refused to refund us for the entire trip. They would only refund us for the nights we left, but wouldn't refund us for the one night we had to endure the smelly salty water, and our hotel smelling like sewage. I've been communicating with Rosa who is amazing. She's been trying to get her manager to approve our full who is refusing to do so.

The property is a nice place to stay. The staff is friendly once you arrive, they are very hard to contact by phone or email though prior to arrival. The location is decent you are not far from town and you can rent a bike from the property. It is secluded from the main road with all of the shops and food, but a 5 min bike ride places you on the main road. I think this place is great for a large group, I wouldn't really reccomend it for a solo trip.

The apartment is spacious, clean, beautiful, and so well maintained. It’s close to everything fun and the night life is really great there as well. Even though it’s near the city the location of where the apartment is very quiet and secluded so you don’t have to worry about noise or rift raft! 10/10 I would stay again.

This is a BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!!!!! I wish that it could be captured in the photos. Their customer service was superb, especially with Fabiola. I really wanted the ground floor apt overlooking the pool but we were booked for second floor. Fabiola was able to switch out the space for us. Ground floor apartment opened out to the pool and it made us feel we had our own private pool. Fabiola also made our reservations for us and really tried to help us with our itinerary. Loved this place. Will come back.

Absolutely gorgeous apartments, excellent ambiance and the comfort of a spacious lux home! The consierge reached out to us before our arrival to book restaurants, transportation and tours. I was unsure about staying in town instead of the beach, but it worked out great as more and more events and parties in Tulum take place at cenotes and other locations close to town. The ability to host friends at a stylish property was wonderful. Great for a romantic getaway and even better for groups.

Fantastic new facility, with beautiful apartment, pool and outdoor area. Fabiola, at front desk, was service oriented, super helpful and gave good recommendations. We would be more than happy to come back.
