The check in process was a pain. The hotel manager and the receptionist were not aware of the reservation despite having being booked 2 months ahead. To make matters worse, the receptionist started claiming that they haven’t received the voucher/confirmation from Hotels.com and literally forced us to sort this out by calling Hotels.com at 10pm. They took zero initiatives to sort this out. Instead asked for double payment for the same room. Very unprofessional but then kind of expected from a place like that. However, The hotel itself was better than expected considering Tikamgarh is a small town in MP.
