Lacking the wow factor
Room very comfortable and clean with great toiletries, although very noisy being directly on the main road through Patong. Pool area disappointing as much smaller than photos depict. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Wouldn’t stay again as there are actually much nicer 4 star hotels in the area. Stayed in other Indigo hotels in the past and this just didn’t have the 5 star wow factor as previous experience of Indigo

Really fantastic hotel
Booked this for our first trip to Asia having read the reviews and absolutely loved it. Moved up to Bangtao Beach after 4 days here but really missed it and wish we hadn’t moved on! Right from check in with the super friendly and helpful staff we had a fantastic time. The location is superb, just a short walk from either the beach or town but far enough away from Bangla road for it to still be really relaxing. Too many good things to tell you about but special mentions to the fantastic breakfast spread, cool rooftop pool area and pots and tiki bar attached to the hotel. Please don’t hesitate - book it!

The good points about this hotel are that it has a lovely pool area, nice rooms, great location and friendly staff. The bad points are that there are no draws in the bedrooms for clothes and that the bedroom sounds systems are rather noisy meaning you can hear the sound from the room next door.
