Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Wow!!! The concierge was phenomenal and am even arranged for my manicure and pedicure in room. The drinks in American Bar were delicious and it was really hard NOT to eat every meal at the Japanese restaurant. I had some of the best sushi and nigiri of my life. Overall, this was outstanding. A true 5 star experience, congrats to staff!
We had a superb stay here, it s truly a 5 star hotel and we enjoyed the luxury of the room, the spa (sad that sauna was not working) and the bar. Not all 5 star hotels are truly 5 stars....this one is! Congratulations to the staff and the person who is in charge.

Beautiful hotel!
Great hotel! Well located, very friendly staff, very clean! Indeed a 5* Hotel. The only downside i can say is that as a cigar smoker you have to smoke outside.. however the days i stayed there the outside area was closed.
