This nicely furnished, 3 level, 3 bedroom town home has a fully equipped kitchen on main level and a kitchenette in lower studio bedroom. A main level kitchen and a 2nd lower level kitchen in a lock off studio bedroom with an en Suite bathroom.

The living room has a wood burning fireplace, includes a queen sofa sleeper, and a 40 inch HDTV.

Enjoy morning coffee on one of two balconies or in your fenced in yard. Then enjoy all that Glenwood and the Roaring Fork Valley offers, walk to the river, hiking and biking trails. Minutes to the Hot Springs and downtown shopping. Bus to Aspen is located steps from the town home.

The master bedroom includes a Queen size bed, two nightstands, dresser and large closet space. Enjoy the 32 inch HDTV and the privately accessed balcony.

The 2nd upstairs bedroom includes a Twin over Full bunk bed. The 3rd lower level bedroom includes a Queen size bed, cot size chair sleeper, nightstands, dresser, closet and fully equipped kitchen. The lower kitchen has a gas stove and are ready with dishes, utensils, pots and pans.

Enjoy beautiful mountain scenic drives or swimming in hot mineral springs located just a mile away in north Glenwood Springs. There is a park with a great playground for kids just a short drive away..

This pet friendly, short term monthly rental town home, located in south Glenwood Springs near hiking and biking trails, restaurants, shopping and up valley transit. We are close to all major ski resorts such as Sunlight (right in Glenwood Springs), Aspen, Snowmass, Vail, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, and Arapahoe Basin. Walking distance to many stores and Valley View Hospital.
