Great location but parking offsite is a real hassle honestly. Room was clean but warm with no air conditioning. Bathtub is luxurious but very high and slippery to get out of. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A must to stay at the Waterman
The Waterman was so beautiful. The manager went above an beyond for us. It was great to step out to Salamanca. The location is pefect. The only negative was the music coming from the pub on Saturday night but apart from that we couldn't fault it. Thanks to the manager. Your amazing.

Lovely building/ modern spaces and very good customer service. Incredibly convenient location and enjoyed live music wafting up from pub next door. Unique place to stay, modern and clean. However, not a good space for summer/ runs of warm days- lots of thermal mass and no AC. Plug in fan has a short cord so difficult to position over the bed. Difficult to open windows due to heavy glass panels, and trade off is between heat and noise from street/ pub next door. Bed is very soft with no lumbar support. Very limited sleep/ uncomfortable night mostly due to heat. Soap dispenser was empty and one UHT container open/ partly used. Would recommend for a cozy winter stay or during a run of cooler summer weather.
