Food poisoning. Not only myself but several others at the resort. The food was bad. We found ourselves taking the taxi the last few night to Punta Mita to eat good food. The beach was very nice, and the kids pool was fun for the little ones. Also, with the restaurants the wait times could be up to an hour and the service was poor because they were too busy to support that many guests. I will definitively take my money elsewhere in the future.

We surf and having a nice consistent break basically on the property was amazing. We went off site a few days to surf La Launcha and Sayulita so coming back after a long day with no worries about what I was going to feed the kids was great. My kids are 12, 15 and 17. All three agreed that this place was great and we plan to come back again next year

Family Selection is great for Families with Kids. Large rooms and an amazing concierge service. First day you get a list to mark all your requests and they follow the whole stay. Even you can fix the time for the daily room cleaning. Own pool and restaurant for the Family part with no waiting time.And, and, and. All in all a really very good experience!! We come again.

Staff is the best. Really incredible value. Lots of food and restaurant options but has a vegas buffet quality, not great but it works. Very, very family friendly, staff loves kids.

Nothing to be liked. Every time we wanted to eat the restaurants where closed or about to be close and they would remove the food with out notice. Pool area dirty. Employees have no ethical education in customer service. Drinking where reduced with water. Kids throwing bread on the floor then placing back in the trays. Very disappointed of my stay there.
