All of front desk. all In general were very friendly, polite and willing to answer questions. I was under the impression that a small pool was available, negative; I was told that it was under reparations, but that should had been indicated.

Great gem of a boutique hotel in colonial zone close to walking to restaurants, parks and sights- very safe area too. The staff of Miguel and Eddie were friendly and treated us like family. Really appreciated their service and will stay there next time in zone colonial!

My room was a complete disaster cobwebs on the wall,the AC leaked on the mattres, There was Black mold on the ceiling and walls. The windows were old, wooden, frosted, and probably non operable, the pillows were old, there were many mosquitoes and ants. The whole hotel smelled of cigarettes, the kitchen was always dirty. I stayed because I had already paid everything for 7 nights. I would not return to this place.
