Got cheated. a) the property did not even have my reservation b) This property is part of a theme park. The water slide pictures in the listing are inside the theme park and need an expensive separate day ticket to use. This is not called out anywhere in the listing c) Since this is attached to a theme park, this is in middle of nowhere. Very shady surroundings. Theme park employees were sitting drinking in the parking lot at night. d) Room was just HORRIBLE. Cockroaches and lizards had a free reign in the miserable bathroom e) Though there was just one other guest, we were given one of the worst rooms possible inspite of the booking for "Exclusive Studio Suite" f) No food, no drinking water, no WIFI, no room service, no working intercom, no privacy (a glass window by the door with no screen; could easily have been pushed open or broken to open the door or peek inside), no safe locks from inside the room.. the list could go on g) Tried contacting Expedia Helpdesk to book alternate hotel..but having booked on expedia.com and travelling in India.. couldn't reach their helpdesk in India who could help with .com bookings... h) having arrived late in the evening middle of nowhere and being too tired.. put up for one night. WAS SO THANKFUL THAT WE WOKE UP (ALIVE) THE NEXT MORNING
