To the Operator of the rental apartment
Cleanliness and responsiveness of the crew are the only plus points which I would like to compliment. However, I was and am still very disappointed with the following; 1. only 1 access card was provided. The access card was being used to access the lift and activate the power to the apartment unit. It is fine if you are there just by yourself. Do reconsider if you are there with your other family members. The electricity will go off seconds after you remove the access card from the slot. It is either you go out altogether or else someone will be left inside the apartment without any electricity. Imagine when this happens at night; i did ask for an additional access card to the apartment, but none was available. My son and i were stranded on the pool level twice ( more than 1.5 hours in total) as we didn't have access card and my wife/daughter didn't show up on time after we were done swimming). *No one would bring their mobile phone and left it unattended while they went swimming. 2. the wifi was virtually non-existent inside the apartment which I stayed; 3. the mobile phone network was weak inside the apartment; it was switching between 3G and E. 4. even the tv reception was bad.....
