Valet Debacle
The stay itself was nice once we were finally able to get to our room. The valet parking at this location is horrible. When I arrived to check-in I sat in the valet line for over 15 minutes. I drove around to the front instead to just check-in since I had reservations to make. At the front desk the manager explained they were down a valet attendant but someone was coming in. He then discounted my valet services by $10. I got my room keys and left. When I arrived back to the hotel later that night the valet attendant would not allow us to park our car. We were told if we didn’t have a ticket we couldn’t park there. Also were told they were full. We explained we already paid for valet to which he responded to get a refund. Luckily I had a friend who lived close to the location so I parked at their home and Uber back to the hotel. This was such an inconvenience. I have been calling attempting to get the charge refunded and keep being told to call back when the manager is in because he is the only one who can refund the fees. I will never book a stay at this location again. Even though the hotel itself is nice, the experience overshadowed everything.

couple getaway
The hotel was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff was rude and always seemed annoyed when we asked any questions. The staff at the bistro was nice and friendly.
