Room is nice, but it only includes 1 coffee pod, then you have to pay for them. They only serve breakfast and there is no room service. Corredor carpet is dirty and stained.

Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, la cama muy cómoda aunque un tanto suave para mi gusto. Las vistas son increíbles y en general mi experiencia fue muy gratificante. Los únicos detalles que podría tener en cuenta era que el agua se estancaba en la regadera. Pero son cosas de pasan. Agradezco mucho al staff. Buen servicio

I do not know where to start.. The building is super nice in a very fancy location.. BUT, the staff has no idea about service, seems that they have never told what to do, what to say and not even how to use the system. The rooms where dirty, with hair on the sink, between the sheets, no fridge, no microwave on the kitchen on a 2 bedroom suite. The worst, they offer you a coffee maker but not coffe, no water, not cups, not plates. The breakfast is terrible, even the juice seems to be old, and the way they present it is very poor. I forgot my suite key inside and when I asked for a new one, the reception girl told me the guy who knows how to get new keys is on a break, so I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get a new one and enter to my room. Even to check out, I had to wait for 15 minutes because the girl at the reception did not know how to close my bill... I asked for soap, and the answer was we do not have, really?

The modern comfortable style was comforting and relaxing, the beds were incredible, I slept so well. The balcony and view was spectacular and it overlooked the beautiful scenic pool. It changed colors at night. Location. Was set farther from centro, but the area had amazing restaurants and modern features.
