Element Mall Homestay
I booked a 2 night stay (30 Nov & 1 Dec 2019). The host is prompt and friendly, a whatsapp group for our communication was created a day before check in. During check in it a bit confusing at first due to self check-in, but it is actually pretty direct and easy. The check in time was 3pm instead of 2pm (common hotel check in), but have to check in around 4pm due to the staff still cleaning. That a demerit point. Overall the house is very spacious and clean. Carpark is abit troublesome you only can access from level 5 car park instead of been told access between level 5 to 8 and was not free parking (RM5 per parking). WIFI at reception and not in the house. I like the swimming pool. Overall, this is a very good deal for the price to stay.
