Convenience location, but when I arrive business center to check in after 3PM, room is not ready, but they upgrade to 2 Bedroom, very thankful! I was checkout on Monday, but they made mistake, thought I was check out on Sunday...so when I back to hotel on Sunday night, I can’t use the key and room didn’t clean.

I found the property to be clean, roomy, accommodating and very hospitable. As well as reasonably well located. The only drawback was the very slow internet. Also, I forgot a plug-in battery charger in the apartment. I called about getting it back but got no return call.

It's a very nice hotel, and very close to the Alaya Mall. That Mall is worth the trip to Cebu on it's own! It's very very nice.

Big rooms with potential, but can not recommend
First off the room was huge, so my first impression was outstanding. Then came the issues. This review is for two different trips, 4 nights and 3 nights, but for the same room type over the period of two weeks. The location is great, right across from the Ayala mall. The breakfast buffet is at your own risk. I got sick on two different occasions. Also, there is limited hot water for the showers and if you are staying on a high floor; only two of the 4 elevators work. So you could be standing downstairs for 5 minutes or more depending on how crowded it is because the two elevators you can't use will keep coming down. Also my first room on the 19th floor had a tremendous odor that made you gag whenever you went into the bathroom. btw, my room had two bathrooms, so I could just use the other one. Also the safety box didn't work...but this room was far better than the second room on the 23rd floor. They locked the door to the washer and said I couldn't use it even though the listing said it had one....eventually after 8 hours, they opened the room, but there was no power. An electrician came up and fixed the power, but shortly afterwards, the light in the second bathroom blew-up injuring myself and knocking out the power to half the room. This could just be my misfortune, but I stayed in two different rooms an can definitely say, for the price there are much better options in the area. i.e. Mandarin Plaza (comparable price) or Red Planet (cheaper). fyi, room wifi is horrible.
