The fairy-tale holiday villa, perfected over the years by the friendly and attentive owners, is embraced by more than 15,000 square meters of land, embellished with a stunning swimming pool, large, equipped with lounge areas with sun beds and umbrellas. A valuable feature is the presence of a manege with beautiful horses.



In the large garden you will find many beautiful plants and trees (palms, pines, cocus, olives etc).



Upon entering, passing the gate, you will be accompanied by a long avenue lined with trees and particular rural stones until you reach the main entrance, the parking and the paths that lead to various areas, such as the covered veranda, swimming pool, outbuilding and stables. The pool is located at the back of the property, it is accessed, either through the rear veranda (equipped with furniture), or by using the path described above. The large pool can be entered by a set of stairs, a ladder or the slide. Alongside the Pool we find a gazebo equipped with chairs, tables and more for dining or snacks throughout the day. A few meters from the pool, you will notice a useful outdoor shower which is set in a rock (beautiful and quite special).



The particular holiday villa, has a main entrance, which leads to a first, large living room, complete with sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV. In the next room there is the living area and kitchenette. From the lounge and the living room you gain access to the covered porch and to the bedrooms. The beautiful veranda has a large solid wood table with seating area with sofas, coffee table, large stone fireplace and TV. This environment is surrounded by large windows overlooking the garden, which give a feeling of proximity to nature. From here we leave exit onto the back terrace, where we notice sofas with coffee table and a Hollywood swing for 2-3 people. Besides this lounge area we have a covered porch with a wooden table great for lunches or dinners in the open air, using the fireplace / stone barbecue adjacent to it.



In the sleeping area on the ground floor, we have 3 comfortable double bedrooms (baby cot on request), fully furnished (wardrobes, bedside tables, dressers and more). Close to the rooms there is a large bathroom with two sinks, and bath with shower.



The sleeping area, gives access to a staircase leading to the basement, where we find a beautiful and spacious basement with equipped kitchen, large wooden table, stone fireplace, two double beds, a bathroom with shower (which is accessed through western saloon style door). Total beds for adults, are therefore 11, including 7 on the ground floor and 4 in the basement with the possibility of cots on request. Both the basement and from the outside you can access the garage with laundry area. Externally, staircase brings you to the roof terrace. From here you can enjoy the views of the landscape, the pool

and the countryside or a wonderful sunset. An alarm system guarantees the security. The annex, close to the stables, is used by the house keepers, dealing with discretion to ensure the garden and the swimming pool are always in excellent condition.
