6/10 Good
6 out of 10 GoodRoom = Spectacular layout and furnishings. Ocean front suite with own infinity pool was perfect layout for 3 of us. Service = hit and miss for a kempinski. We’ve stayed in Kempinski Dubai and Bangkok where service is superior. Lady in red is more active and you also get butlers in the high end suites. The lady in red here panick about my request for keys and interupt the highlight of the stay dinner at Koral restaurant in the aquarium tunnel. Also room service and bell boy slow and room service food basic at best. Major issue was them dismantling a wedding marquee with hammers and waking us up at 4am. Very apologetic but offered us a mere free upgrade next time when we lost hours of sleep. It is crazy to knock down a marquee in a 5 star hotel at 4am while all your guests are sleeping and paying a premium to do so!
