Located between Hyères and La Crau, this 45 m2 apartment with views of the swimming pool and the hills includes a large bedroom with 2 single beds or a 180 bed, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a living room with sofa and TV flat screen, a beautiful bathroom with large shower, a separate toilet, air conditioning.
A large private covered terrace of 25 m2 with table, chairs, deckchair and hammock.

The property has 2 outdoor pools, one in the park is heated from April 1 to October 30 and a jacuzzi in a room next to the patio pool (open all year except July / August)



A "relaxation" area is at the back of the house with table tennis and bowling green.

You will have a free parking space in the park, a common washing machine and WIFI access
