Al llegar, la habitación que nos dieron tenía el WC sucio. La segunda noche, a las 2am se prendío la alarma de incendio y estuvo 2 horas sonando! En la alberca había un grupo de personas que tenían una fiesta y en tiempos de COVID, me parece súper irresponsable del hotel, permitir eso. El telefono de la habitación nunca sirvió. La 4 noche arriba de mi cuarto, los mismos de la alberca, hicieron fiesta y karaoke, me quejé 4 veces a la recepción y NUNCA hicieron NADA. PÉSIMO, no regresaré

We had stayed at Live Aqua last year and were excited to return. However the service was very disappointing this trip. From being ignored at the pool to never texting us when our room was ready, to then trying to charge us for a mini bar item upon check out... sadly we won’t be returning.

Absolutely gorgeous!!! So beautiful that we didn´t even want to leave the hotel and stayed two extra nights. The architecture, the rooms, the pool area, the lobby, everywhere you look you´ll see something stunning. The staff is super friendly and the service is also amazing. Highly recommended!!!

We basically enjoyed to stay but there were some points I would like to mention. There were no hair dryer until I called. Lid in the bath was broken. And this is what we really want you to tell but background music was terrible. If there was no music or better music around pool or the other space, we would stay more days.
