Don't go!
Place was filthy, walls with copious amounts of marks, never seen a carpet & floors so dirty in hotel room (there's an oxymoron) reeked of Pine Sol cleaner on entry & stayed thru out stay, TV remote did not work, went the entire weekend without. The pull out bed was not made, dryer was full of towels/face clothes (that we folded), mold in bathroom, blood stains on comforter for pull out. The owner host came by to fix remote, had my daughter download Roku app...found extra remote when pulling out pull out bed...total apathy was host. Fly across the continent & tell me my check in is 16:00 when my arrival was 15:00. Never heard from him on day of arrival. As stated went without. My daughter has pictures on her phone...it won't change anything

Excellent location, check-in process is rough!
Over all stay was ok. Location is excellent. The check-in process needs a lot of work. Call and wait when you are 1/2 hour out, call and wait when you get to the building, do a credit check over the phone while you stand and wait outside the building, once you are approved you stand and wait for an email to arrive to get the how do I enter information. Beautiful views from the 53rd floor, but it's almost 5:00 and the room was a mess, not cleaned, no sheets on the bed, pizza boxes and beer cans everywhere. We cleaned up a bit and called Sarkar, they apologized and had somebody come by and clean and make the beds. We left for supper and everything was good on our return. Internet was provided, all kitchen setup, stove, fridge, micro and dish washer was great, they had a tv that doesn't work. Again, overall good...I'm sure someone was to have cleaned and they didn't show.

Fair 4.0
The host didnt give us any instructions to where to park and how to get in to the building using the key swipe. It was frustrating because we have to call twice to get the instructions. The bed was uncomfortable. The towels doesn't smell good. The place was nice for group though with 3 bed and 2 bathrooms. But I was disappointed of lack of communication and proper insteuctins even after I asked. The host will not help you with parking, he just expect you to figure it out, and he doesn't tell you which elevator to use either. You would end up in a different building until you realize you are lost.

Great location in a busy building.
The location is great and overall it was fine. The elevators were always packed and took forever to come - but the people in the building were nice. The condition of the apartment was poor. Both in wear and tear and cleanliness. One of the toilets took hours to finish flushing so we didn’t use it. The floors were not clean in the bathroom and the kitchen was only surface cleaned. The coffee maker was full of scum and we had to clean before using. There was no dish soap or cloths for cleaning the dishes. Sections of curtain were missing so light in the morning was unavoidable. And the car noise at night was more than expected. But the sheets and towels were fresh and clean and the gentleman that checked us in was available anytime. And the view was lovely.

4 out of 5 stars for the location and the Stay
I'll like to give this place 4/5 stars. Check In process was simple. I called prior to getting there to get the parking and check-in instructions and was met with the property manager at the Concierge after finding parking spot. The Condominiums are all walking distance from CN Tower, Ripley's aquarium, Scotiabank Arena, Union Station and the Path. The Condo is clean and spacious and had a kitchen, couch, Big TV and bedroom that was all we needed. The balcony had a great view of the Royal Fairmont Hotel on one side and the Lake Ontario and Toronto island on the other. The bathroom was big enough for the two of us and despite a few discolored patches on the walls, it was all good. The only bad experience we had was on the night of the New Year's Eve where a party was going on inside the condo next door to us and there was loud music and screaming which eventually broke into a fight around 2 AM in the morning and people were fighting and screaming out loud in the corridor. When reported to the concierge next day in the morning, the security staff paid little attention to it since i was not a resident but a Guest staying there.

Great location and lovely unit.
Perfect location, clean unit and nice to have a kitchen. The only problem was one of the elevators wasn’t working. So long waits. The futon was a bit hard but we used the extra comforter to cushion it. So it was fine.

Only one elevator
Everything was good except there was only one elevator and we were on the 47th floor. The elevator was packed every time it came and I ended up taking the stairs to get down. It was crazy.

Cheap stay: price and quality
Good location, but everything at the condo felt cheap. Dealing with the staff wasn't great, they didn't know the area at all. Could be much better.
