OK stay
Pros: Excellent customer service!! The front desk staff was very nice & helpful. Cons: I expected more since this is considered a Hilton Hotel. It seemed a bit run down in the rooms. (the lobby was nice). As we were putting our items away and checking out the room we had a little visitor....a cockroach was on the side of the drawer where the silverware was located. So that put a damper on the rest of the visit. We were supposed to have a King suite and it felt more like a full size bed instead. If we were staying for more than one night I would have requested to get another room.

A home away from home
The room had great accommodations including a large refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. A breakfast was provided each morning. The location was near shopping, restaurants and lots of recreation. A couch was included in the room and black out blinds.

Mostly good and worth the money.
The hotel is conveniently located, the staff were friendly, helpful and familiar with the local amenities. The free breakfast was good and very convenient. The pool was closed due to a broken pump, and if you looked it wasn't hard to notice dirty floors and stained walls.

Customer service was excellent. The room was missing some items which concerned me no flatware, canister of body wash was gone and the hairdryer was missing. I never got flatware but the other items were provided on the spot.

Great Choice!
This hotel was great. The staff was super friendly and pleasant. The room and hotel were spotless. It's in a great location, lots of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. No complaints. Overall exceptional experience. It's even next door to a little doggie daycare. Could not hear any barking but it was fun to watch the dogs play in their play area.

It was fine until we kept finding hair on the beds and in the shower. That’s when we realized it was not clean enough and judging by the other reviews left by others some people say the same that they don’t have good house keeping service.

Great time! Great room!
We had a great time. I loved the set up of the room and the cabinets. The full size refrigerator was a so needed. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean along with bathroom. The kids enjoyed themselves ver much. We didn't had a chance to go to the pool but the gym looked very modern.
