POOR SERVICE
Late check in, lack of information, receptionist don't have info about hotel. Hard to check out, receptionist not always at counter. Waiting an hour to check out. We go to breakfast first then come back to hotel. We already breakfast from 9.00 am to 10.00 am, nobody at counter to attend us check out. At last, we just leave the key under entrance door. Poor service. In toilet, a guest before leave their toiletries. Corridor like movie in dark water. Scarry.. hotel located 150m from main road. AND THE BEST PART, ALL NUMBER I'VE CALLED, NO ANSWER!!!
