Service was excellent. Lovely rooms, well decorated in keeping with the mountain setting and immaculately clean. Fab facilities if you want to stay in nice bonus of underground parking. Service and staff were excellent and very helpful throughout.

We stayed here for 8 nights. Overall it was a good hotel. Nicely decorated, location is good (close to restaurants and shops), reception staff is nice and helpful, room is big enough for 2 people, warm and comfortable but they need to improve daily room cleaning service. Windows and mirrors were not clean properly. Dust everywhere. And they washed the glasses and cups in the bathroom. It was disgusting. The spa and pool area was wonderful. Also check in time is 5pm. It is too late. And breakfast was so basic. Very limited and no varieties. Coffee from thermos, no fresh squeezed juices, no omelette. I was expecting better breakfast service from that much nice hotel.

Superb hotel facilities and location. New hotel.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Les Suites d'Alexane hotel. Right in the centre off town,opposite tourist information and ski school. Plenty of restaurants nearby (5-10 mins flat walking.) The spa was superb, with large steam and sauna rooms. Sensory showers were brilliant, good size pool and Jacuzzi. Top rate staff. Communal areas excellent. Bedroom good size. Great brand new bathroom & bedroom. Balcony great but lacked seating. Management please put some chairs there!
