Stayed one night, as to be close to Arlanda for early flight. Would definitely consider the hotel for this again (but probably not for more than one night stay). Rooms are modern, and it was very quite (room faced towards car park - not sure about other side). Check-in was through machine (arrived late evening), which worked well and we left early (so did not try the breakfast that also is additional / extra fee). Lots of parking outside, and only 15 min drive in the morning to Arlanda. Price was attractive. Only negative was that 'floor' did not seem that clean (looked like it could do with a proper vacuum - some sand / smaller grit on floor) even though the rest of room was spotless (I will consider staying again). Bed was very comfortable.

Disappointing
The price of the hotel is great, but in my opinion even the low cost doesn’t go hand in hand with the non existent service we received. There is no staff past a certain time at night (a time which they didn’t let us know) and if you have any issues you are instructed to call their sister hotel in DENMARK! A little sticker in the bathroom says to leave towels on the floor if you would like them changed for clean ones and they didn’t change them so we were left with damp towels. When we complained about the towels someone came and gave us new towels and asked us to give her the bin bag whilst she gave us a new one to replace the bin. They didn’t once come to change our towels again or clean anything. Our TV didn’t work properly and she said she would email IT, who are also based in Denmark! If you are looking for a one night stay it is comfortable and quiet with good connections to Stockholm city and Arlanda airport but for anything more than 1 night it’s not worth the hassle.

Bad experience with the receptionist
I had a bad experience with the guy that was in the reception the day I arrived. He didn’t find my reservation either the payment. I showed the reservation and payment from my phone but He “couldn’t find it”. He was rude saying “show me the payment”. Then my boyfriend came to the reception (He was parking) and suddenly, everything appears in the system, like magic. Also it was a lot of dust in the room, the entire night I was sneezing due to the dust.
