kyoto experience - live like a local
this was perfect home while in kyoto. it is within a 10 minute walk to the train station. the hotel is spotless, the tatami mats and the service is impeccable. the on site restaurant and the gender specific onsens were added bonus to complete our excellent kyoto experience.

The massage therapist - only had the female, was amazing and enjoyed the late night hours of the massage to accommodate travelers with a full day. Not close but not too far from transportation/food/shopping. Location appeared to be in a residential part of town so we had to venture out. We utilized the washing and dryer - you may need to hang items even after dryer as it doesn't work the best. But very convenient when traveling!
