Well Of Life Luxury Rooms

Loved this apartment room. Clean, very comfortable, luxurious and great value for money compared to local alternatives. In a market crowded by apartments vying for your custom, we left in the knowledge that we had found a gem. Ana kindly waited over half an hour for us to arrive after our ferry was late and was really helpful giving us local advice and information. The complimentary bottled water and nice bottle of (unexpected) wine helped too! The location was ideal, just on the edge of the old town and opposite a well-stocked local supermarket, which made picking up water, other drinks and supplies was made easy. Within the vicinity was also a good local bakery and the seafront was less than 10 mins walk, with the ferry terminal about 15 mins. This apartment was well worth the money and research that went into finding it and we would definitely stay here again when next in Split. Highly recommended!

This property is clean, sleek, modern and comfortable.

The room is beautifully renovated with modern furniture. The location is great to walk around the city. However, if you are a light sleeper, this is not for you. My main issue was too much traffic noises right in front of the street. The host, Anna was great to make us feel comfortable but she couldn’t do much about it and I understand. Some people might not notice if you fall asleep. I tried to sleep but cars and motorbikes are passing the street with engine sound and wake me up every single time. When we travel in Europe, accommodations right next to the street usually have double layered windows and it would be much better if it was the case. The AC is very quiet and modern but it is installed on the wall right in front of curtains. If you close the curtains, they completely block the AC. We managed to rolled the curtain up with heavy objects so the room temperature is comfortable to sleep. The place has a great potential and the host Anna is a great communicator and helper but details are not throughly considered.

Location was great. Wish we had been told there was no elevator! Thanks to Ana for the help with our heavy suitcases. 2 flights of stairs with restricted mobility proved quite a challenge. Minor issues were dealt with promptly. Biggest surprise was having to leave the property for breakfast. A couple of blocks away, again with limited mobility this was not ideal for us.

Our stay was really great. Our host Ana arranged for a taxi from the airport which saved us any hassle. She met us at the apartment. It was spacious, clean and really close to the pedestrianised Diocletian's Palace. There was a Tommy's supermarket across the road and further in a few coffee shops for breakfast etc. The bed was huge and super comfortable, the shower was good and Wifi worked well. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone coming to Split!

Perfect location close to market, old town. Walk to all sites! Property was very secure.

The apartment is very lovely, equipped with new modern furniture, with big comfortable bed and good wi fi. It is located in "heart of city", and parking is very close and always available. And most af all, host is very friendly and helpful.

Awesome apartment that has everything you could wish for, incl. great coffee and fast wifi, and in a excellent location close to supermarket and car garage provided. Very friendly and helpful host, they even let me extend the checkout so I could relax a bit longer. Loved my stay, highly recommended

I don't usually write reviews but i feel like making an exception in this case, my girlfriend and I are just back from a short break in Split and we couldn't recommend this property more, this property had everything we could ever need or want in an excellent location just a few mins walk from the heart of split and old town which is filled with very nice bars and restaurants, this experience was made better by the host who couldn't have been nicer or friendlier towards us, we were made to feel like nothing was too much trouble and was also very knowledgeable of the local area, all in all a great apartment in a very nice town and will definitely return.

In a great location. Ivana our host was brilliant. She waited for us as we arrived late at 9pm. She was very helpful and was always reachable via txt. Apartment was beautifully decorated and is like a 4 Star hotel room. Overall had a great stay and would 100% use again.
