All the rooms at this property have an excellent view of the ocean and the pool area is decent but that’s all the hotel has going for it . When we arrived the lift was broken and we were on the forth floor, my wife had a hip replacement so it was extremely difficult for . The following day we were moved to a ground floor. This room had no fridge and no bed side lamps and a way smaller tv . The food is not great and small portions of everything. We had to fight for a bit of bacon with breakfast and the second morning I was told I could only have two coffee’s for breakfast 😂😂😂 plus the coffee is always cold , and the rooms don’t have kettles or coffee machine’s This hotel is totally mismanaged and the staff have no interest in guest satisfaction. The hotel is extremely difficult to find and has no shops or restaurants for miles around. We booked this for our 40 wedding anniversary thinking it would be a great beach hotel but what a disappointing experience.

Beautiful hotel on the beach
The property is beautiful and right on the beach. Beautiful clean pool with lots of nice lounges. Restaurant is located next to the pool and very good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room (301) is huge and spotless. Incredible view of the beach and pool from the spacious balcony. Bathroom is very large and shower is nice & hot Room also has a mini fridge that is helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel in the Mayan Riviera
Small property in the middle of big resorts on the Mayan Riviera. The room was spacious and comfortable equiped with minibar, and best of all its private terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The restaurant has a variety of dishes on its menu to enjoy a proper meal. Staff is super friendly

Our room had a malfunctioning air conditioner that only blew out warm, stale air. The mini bar was empty and the complimentary bottle of water was non-existent. There is never anyone at the service desk to assist. There was no bedside lamp. There was an empty spot on the wall with wires coming out where a television should have been. They did bring in a tv later, but it had no reception. The mirror in the bathroom has spatters all over it, the fixtures were disgusting and there was dribble on the side of the sink from the previous guests. The elevator was broken. The entire experience was awful and although we booked for two nights, we left after spending one sleepless night sweating it out in our hot room. The hotel would not reimburse us for the unused night. It certainly does not look like the pictures.

It was PERFECT! The room was HUGE, and spotless! The bathroom - I didn’t want my shower to end - so beautiful! The balcony with immediate ocean view was breathtaking! The pool, the courtyard, the staff, the food, the drinks - IT WAS PERFECT! I tucked away piece of heaven! I’m totally in love with that place!
