Great little hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff. Only slight disappointment was that the pool was only available when not being used by a swimming school which meant it was not available late afternoon before dinner when we wanted to use it. We understand the economic necessity for the hotel but feel that this should have been made clear when booking as it might have influenced our decision. That said in every other respect the hotel was a superb choice and we would certainly consider going back there again.

Hidden little gem
Great find, out of the way, quiet, good food and service, fantastic location, very helpful friendly staff. Nice indoor pool, about 20-25m. Good parking and great views of lake. You will need a SatNav to find this place as it is a hidden little gem

A great stay
We had a fantastic two night stay .The room was spacious and overlooked the beautiful lake. The service was fantastic throughout.We had dinner the first night which was very high quality. Breakfasts were lovely. I made a mistake about breakfast time but was treated with such professionalism and good grace.At every level we found the service to be professional and warm.We will be back!

Nice hotel in a lovely setting.
An enjoyable 2 night stay, if you want a hotel in a quiet and tranquil setting then this is a good place to go. Set at the end of a small lake, there are plenty of countryside walks which are very easily followed as the paths have been cut into the grass. Also on the lake there was plenty of wildlife to watch. The room was very spacious and clean, the breakfasts excellent and the one evening meal we had was very nice. All the staff where very friendly nothings a problem. It is well situated for Ludlow (7 miles) and about 20 from Hereford. There is a lovely play area for young children and of course a swimming pool (which we unfortunately did not have time to use). There was some alteration work being carried out but you hardly new they where there.
