Very good
Attention to residents needed
Ned is a very popular hotel and the ambience and service is beyond compare. The classy hotel is ever buzzing. The smallest details in luxury have been well taken care of. The quality of food in its restaurants is good. However, in my week stay a few things definitely were cause of inconvenience . The place is open to walkins . The casual cofee place where one can sit and relax is never available from 10 am as there are constant load of walk-in ppl for meetings with their laptops sitting for hours. At lunch time again there is queue of people from the Time restaurants opens. There is no exclusivity in terms of seating to the hotel residents and hence always struggle to get a comfortable corner and stuck in queues. There are 4 restaurants which they say exclusive to members, however there is no comparison between what is served and the menu over there and the ones in exclusive area, which is quietly tucked in basement. As a resident we pay 450 dollars plus per night for a stay in the most basic room.... it is not justified for us to be queuing up or not be able to access the amenities at ease. In the evening beyond 7 it is impossible to get a place to any of the restaurants if not booked well in advance. Forget about sitting Even a casual drink on a bar could be a luck. I strongly recommend there needs to be an exclusivity to the residents. As much as I liked the place and feel , I dreaded waking in an out of the hotel due to constant queues outside and enormous crowd all time

Love it here!
Fantastic hotel, super comfy bed and pillows - best night sleep and a great ambience. The Vault bar and staff were amazing and really welcoming.

Everything about the Ned was excellent. The only small thing was that my friends came to join us for the Sunday feast, but as we had checked out there was no where to really sit after we were finished eating as you only have your table for two hours.

What an amazing place
What an amazing experience. What an amazing space. Check was welcoming and we got our room early. The room was so beautiful 1930s luxury with everything you could possibly need. The cowshed toiletries were an added touch of luxury. The vip benefits from Hotels.com were an added touch of luxury the pool and spa area is a perfect place to relax and unwind

Not for business
If you are young and looking for nightlife, the Ned is perfect. If you are Older or coming for business, you may want to pass. No working desk. Internet spotty and not secure. No quiet place to meet with colleagues
