Veronica at the front desk is not very friendly & not at all accommodating. The rooms are very very moldy. Do not stay here if you have asthma or mold allergies. She wanted me to pay 20 US dollars extra for a room that was not moldy. When they were already charging much more than it says is legal on their tariff statement. So if you go please know they do not serve meals regularly. Everything in this hotel closes at dark. Zip lining was good the guides were lovely. And Alberto, the man who does everything is simply a fabulous and accommodating person. However you do need to speak Spanish to be able to stay here.

La recepción fue confusa, pues nos dijeron que no incluía el desayuno pero mi reserva sí. Fue muy desagradable el trato de la recepcionista. Sin embargo Victoriano Soto pudo resolver con mucha amabilidad el problema. La habitación es linda y las casas de piedra son las mejores habitaciones. El desayuno es bastante malo y el café horrendo! Un desayuno inapropiado para el lugar. Habitaciones amplias, sabanas y almohadas muy cómodas, duchas con agua abundante.
