A lovely hotel with excellent staff. A wide range of rooms which are all lovely. The price might seem quite expensive, but it is actually very reasonable for Zürich especially with the quality of this hotel

Terrible hotel. Never book.
We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. We had the worst experience with thus hotel. One of the day we left the room around 8am ad came back around 8.30pm found the room was wide open. We contacted receptionist for this and he said may be house keeping staffs did not lock it after cleaning and convinced us that he wil find out why the room was left open. But even after following up every day till we stayed no answer. Worst part was whenever we followed up we had to explain what had happened. We asked if we can talk to your manager then every morning we got answer saying manager will be here in evening and when we ask in evening then we got answer saying manager will be here tomorrow morning. We asked if you can arrange telephonic call with your manager they said manager is too busy to talk on phone. This was irresponsibility of receptionist. From house keeping point of view one night we return to room and its does not have ay towel or bathroom footrug. The room was never cleaned in entire stay just the bed was cleaned. We went on vacation and asked receptionist about placed to see around and the answer we were getting was like he was trying to sell tour packages so that he can get some commission from tour company. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and also I would recommend hotel.com to remove this hotel from there booking site. Terrible and highly irresponsible hotel staffs.

Good hotel for Zurich visit
Hotel fully refurbished 10 minutes walking from railway station. Easy to reach Zurich city centre by foot. The hotel is in pink area of Zurich but did not have any issue at any time of day or night to go to hotel. Also no noise in room. Breakfast is nice and complete. Good staff.

Good Hotel in Langstrasse District
The hotel is in the middle of the Langstrasse district. The 8 Tram stop is just a few blocks away with additional tram lines a few additional blocks away. The one-person room was small, but efficiently laid out with plenty of light. The only minor issue was with loud noise/music very late into the early morning hours from the bars/clubs that I heard on Friday night. I stayed three nights, Wednesday to Friday, and I didn’t hear it the other two nights.
