Property was clean and well taken care of. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Didn't like the hard sell on everything from time shares to excursions. Also please always use a fitted sheet especially on a king bed. Hate waking up in the morning on the mattress because the sheet didn't fit the bed!!

IT was fun and relaxing place to stay. Some of the staff could have been more courteous - mostly at pool during the day. Not rude but just inconsistent in hospitality.

This property is not a entirely all inclusive hotel so some guests are all inclusive and some are not which means they don’t abundantly deliver similar services. It’s also a timeshare property so it was very annoying trying to relax at the pool or dine at breakfast with sleazy sales people giving their pitch all day. Terrible customer service from the moment of check-in we were booked for a king room but given a double and it was supposed to be an upgrade because of the view. It was not. They didn’t have room service menus in the room, we couldn’t locate even a banana throughout the entire stay. Property is far away from the PV downtown area and just not what we have experienced in previous properties there. We will not return.

El lugar está bien lo que no me gusto fue la comida y bebidas poca variedad, sin mucho sabor, me comentaron que esto fue por la pandemia, que anteriormente ofrecen bufete y hay más variedad pero lo que si creo es que el sabor no cambiará, habría que ver cuando pase la pandemia, el personal siempre muy amable

El lugar es bonito, pero la habitación que me dieron fue mala, muy fría y húmeda, no limpiaron dos días y tuve que pedir que lo limpiaran. ¡No dan acceso al WiFi del hotel a menos que pagues 200 por día y por número de celulares que requieren el servicio! Muy caro para lo que ofrecen. Lo peor fue que ofrecen tiempo compartido y se pierde un día en eso. La comida bien.
