This was not my first stay at this hotel. There has been small issues both times, last time it was a barking dog left in an adjacent room, it began after midnight and continued for over an hour. The owner left it alone, the hotel did little to correct the problem, after an hour they offered us another room, no help to transfer our belongings. This time there were no facecloths- none! In the middle of the night I was awoken by some idiot yelling profanities outside the room in the parking lot. The person yelling was extremely abusive towards a staff member, they even suggested they hoped the building burnt down. I felt really bad for the staff and at the same time was not impressed at being awoken and losing sleep. The overflow on the bathtub was filthy with previous renters hairs clearly seen along with black gunk around it, there were also hairs on the tub even though it appeared clean.

Mold Anyone?? With your coffee, yum yum, Not!

Well, the staff are super friendly, second time staying at this location and my last. I should start with the good: Staff are great, only reason I came back to try again with their better room, a suite, parking is right outside your door, that's a bonus. Bed is okay, floors were dirty on both occasions. Now for the rest.... Rooms are LOUD, if you're a light sleeper like myself, or Prefer cleanliness over all else, stay elsewhere. I had a terrible sleep due to dripping sounds every few minute's and also pipes rattling every few minutes all night. I also tried to host a business meeting, not enough cups supplied, other items missing from a normal kitchen.... Also I had 401, beside the office, I could hear every word the employees said all afternoon and evening, traffic noise, Etcetera. So much for the business meetings... We ended up moving those elsewhere so we could work undisturbed. WiFi drops every few seconds.... Ready for the worst part yet? After a rough sleep and a long day previous I tried to start my. Morning right with a couple cups of Joe... Opened the supplied coffee, smelled great so I opened up the top of the coffee machine and nearly puked, see picture. Layers of mold at several stages. I immediately packed up and got out. I don't need to be be breathing in mold spores... They didn't seem concerned about the mold, FYI. Offered me a 9 dollar refund. I waited to see if anyone would go empty it, and clean it. Nope they checked it out, and left..

Customer service training is essential for staff.

I would not recommend this hotel. It looks nice especially with the night lighting. But room was Dirty and I found a bug in the bed. Night staff was kind. When I finally got to talk to the manager 3 days later it was not customer service oriented. I understand from working front desk for 4 years you can't refund guests all the time but training your staff and yourself to be able to communicate properly with your customers goes a long way to help a bad situation become acceptable.

Gross. They advertised with a pic from when it was first built in 1960. Absolutely disgusting. Looks like they rent by the hour. Broken lamps. Food all over floor. Room wasn’t even cleaned really. Do not stay here.
