New hotel! Underground parking and decent gym. It has a bunch of weight, treadmills etc, only missing an upright bike! The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel was super clean, amazing rooms and beds. The underground parking was a huge bonus, especially in Prince George. The area the hotel is located, isn't the greatest. My son and I didn't feel comfortable walking to Red Robins for dinner, which was only a block or so away. The restaurant located within the hotel wasn't open yet, due to covid-19 or we probably would have just eaten there. Overall, the staff was friendly, rooms were superb, would definitely recommend!

House keeping did not clean room first or make bed or clean towels. Wall across from closet was full of scuff marks. Obviously no attempt at cleaning because when I took a disinfected wipe to it some of the scuffs easily disappeared.
