My host was very communicative and easy to reach on WhatsApp. He met me at the property to show me the ropes. I arrived a few hours before check in time but the room was already cleaned and prepped for me so he let me check in early. The building is a little old looking, but the guest room is fully updated with a spacious bathroom, comfy bed, and a stocked minibar. There is a small market nearby and easy to access the historic area.

Loved our stay! The place was so modern and clean. Very well presented. Our host was amazing, spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful with recommends. There was a smart TV in our room and a few English channels. The blinds completely blocked out the light and it made it perfect for sleeping. Absolutely loved everything, we will ensure to come back again.

Wow what a property. Our flight was delayed but the owner Dino was really easy to contact via email and he was there to greet us at the door. Dino was very pleasant and helpful. Gave us lots of tips of good local places to eat and recommended things to do in the area. There are plenty of leaflets in the communal hallway with ideas for your stay. These rooms are based in a quiet apartment block which doesn't look the most inviting on first glance but don't be put off. The entrance being on the entrance floor as you go into the building. There is key card entry into a hallway with 4 apartments. The apartments are beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. Huge kingsize bed and tea/coffee making facilities. They are equipped with all the essentials e.g. towels/toiletries. We were told if there was anything we needed during our stay to just contact the owner. There is a small mini bar which we were able to use to store some cold drinks/snacks that we had bought ourselves. Air-conditioning system was really efficient. Apartment is located about a 15 minute walk away from the centre of Split and the port. It is a slight incline all the way down so some might find the walk back up more difficult. A great base slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. The only downside is that the apartments have to be paid for in cash on arrival. So if this isn't your first destination or you are staying for an extended period you will have to carry a large amount of cash.

Our stay was great. Room is equivalent to any four star hotel. Very nice indeed! Location is ok but not the best. Ofc we knew this before the booking so that’s fine. :) Host is super nice and welcoming. The only issue in the room was a green light next to the exit. We covered it up with a shirt during the night since it bothered us a bit.

Property was renovated and clean. Walking distance to old Split. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Ownee was veey helpful with information.

The property was a very high standard, do not be put off by the buildings outside appearance, it felt very safe there, and a lovely 15 min stroll into the town.
