Room 15 was huge with separate lounge area with 3 seater settee, seat and large wall mounted tv. Bedroom had a stand alone wardrobe and double bed. En suite sink shelf had large crack but owner explained room and approach to room I s being upgraded but not yet finished. Breakfast buffet had a good variety. Staff very attentive to clearing tables and replenishing buffet. Hotel is within easy walking distance from train station and to visit local attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The location is very good - only 10 minutes into old Hamelin - and it is quiet, being by an old cemetary. Round the corner are lots of supermarkets and kebab eateries.The hotel seemed to be recently redecorated and had many different levels. Shower ok. Breakfast limited choice but ok. There was no heating in the room so we did not have a good sleep.

Hameln holiday
We had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean with a couch and comfortable chair and desk in the adjacent space. The breakfast buffet had hot and cold food - something for any taste and delicious fresh rolls. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. On the top floor was a roof terrace. We always found parking in the back in the hotel carpark.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel. The room was well equipped and very spacious. The only criticism I had was that tea and coffee making facilities were not provided which we would have liked as we are early risers. There was coffee in the reception but no hot water for tea. The breakfast was amazing - probably the best breakfast selection I have ever had in a German hotel.

Nice stay
Nice hotel, well positioned for the town centre and railway station. Room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable beds, clean. Breakfast was very good with choice of boiled and scrambled eggs, bread rolls, cold cuts, smoked salmon etc. Only missed something sweet (pastry/cake) to finish off, otherwise excellent. Staff were very helpful, the only drawback being the noise during the night from noisy people coming out of the nearby pub. Not the hotel's fault, but ask for a room at the back. Good value, free (but tight) parking, will stay again.

Good hotel, been twice.
This is a great hotel for a short stay in Hamelin, the breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and quiet. There's free parking and easy access to the town. There's no bar or mini-bar but there is a well stocked fridge at reception with reasonably priced drinks. The only down side was both of our rooms had missing smoke alarms, surely these are required? Anyway I'd stay again.

Hidden gem
Don’t judge a book by its cover! It doesn’t look like much from the outside but the room was very plush. Despite the language barrier it was an easy and quick checkin. Great to have free parking on site. Also includes a simple breakfast with all the basics you need to start your day. Quick 5-10 minute walk into center.
